Alamos
Located an hour and a half from Ciudad Obregón, Alamos, also called the city of dreams and legend or the City of Portals, is a beautiful colonial town full of alleys and cobblestone streets. You can also enjoy fishing and birdwatching.

Náinari Lagoon
Located to the west of the city, this lagoon, 2 km (1.2 miles) in diameter, is ideal for a family picnic, skiing, sailing, kayaking, hiking, and biking.

The Museum of the Yaqui People
Built in 1890, the museum displays the history and culture of the Yaqui people and houses 11 thematic exhibition rooms of which two were designed specifically for children so that they learn about the Yaqui while having fun.

Oviachic Dam
This reservoir is ideal for fishing--especially bass and catfish--, skiing, sailing, kayaking, and biking. There are also camping areas.
