Jesus of the Porter Lodge
Founded in 1731 in the former porter's lodge to the San Juan Hospital, this temple houses an image of Jesus that gave rise to the legend that has mede this sanctuary famous.

The Parish Temple
Built in 1728 following the Latin Cross plan, this temple houses gorgeous stained glass works, altars, and a cupola decorated with medallions.

Lapidary Arts and Crafts and the Opal Mine
San Juan del Río's lapidary artists are masters at cutting opal, a semiprecious stone extracted from the nearby mines.

The Santo Domingo Temple
Featuring a baroque stone facade, this 17th-century building houses a carved wood figure of Christ and 3 escutcheons.

The Death Museum
