The Cruz de Zacate (Grass Cross) Church and Ex-Convent
These two religious buildings are worth a visit. The church is famous for a natural grass cross that grows in one of the courtyards. Adjacent to the church is a former convent, where Friar Junípero Serra used to live.

Visitors to the historical heart of the city can admire the Cathedral, the Amado Nervo Museum, and the colorful Popular Art Museum or House of the Four Peoples.
